Ms. Nadel, who was an accountant with a big eight
accounting firm prior to entering law school, began her legal career as a
commercial litigation attorney with the law firm of J. Michael Gottesman in
New York City. Thereafter, she was a founding partner of the law firm of
Shay & Nadel, which was re-named Nadel & Associates, P.C. in 1996.
Ms. Nadel is a skilled and accomplished litigator. As examples, 1) Her
success in a trial was covered on the front page of the New York Law
Journal on November 20, 2000; 2) Another winning decision in a real
property case Chatwin v. Chatwin was published on the front page of the Court Decisions Section
of the New York Law Journal on April 11, 2001; 3) On April 23, 2002 she was
the guest speaker at the Manhattan Brownstone Revival Coalition's 15th
Annual Brownstone Market Seminar on the topic of Landlord/Tenant & Real
Estate Litigation.
